Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Technical access data such as IP address, time, requested resource, status code and browser information is processed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics and consent

Analytics technology is loaded only after your consent. It may process page views, active time, referrers, device information and interactions with prominent links and forms. Form contents are not included. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Contact requests and newsletter

We process details you submit to respond to your request or provide the requested newsletter. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR as applicable. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Recipients and international transfers

Data is disclosed only to processors named here or where required by law. AWS belongs to a US-based group. Any third-country transfer is safeguarded in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and may object to processing or withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia.
